IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON USE OF THE PROGRAMS

[Microsoft chose to block Activex.vbd files without notice to users or their own support personnel, and without any reason offered for their actions. We were forced to adjust our programs and the method of accessing. While the process is somewhatmore cumbersome, we can now offer all of our programs online.  ] 

This site uses ActiveX programs to provide the user with an optimal level of operating and data control security. These programs are downloaded to operate on the user's computer while connected to the web. Data is not generally passed to  the net server, as it acts only as a supplier of programs and a provider of connection between forms. All file storage is on the user's PC and not on the server. We have no access to the data used or the program settings. We gather only standard logging information. 

Because the programs are ActiveX8 , they are supported by Internet Explorer but not all others. Internet Explorer8 can be downloaded from Microsoft at no cost. When Internet Explorer8 is in place, security must be set to medium, or Customized to enable download of signed ActiveX8  controls and scriptlets. In order to provide our users with assurance of authenticity and safety, we obtained a certificate and sign each of our programs. A message may appear during initial use regarding the download of ActiveX8  components. Choose  OPEN IN PLACE OR OK and the programs or password control should open.
